I am a Clinical Psychologist committed to providing a warm, safe and therapeutic space. I am particularly passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting parents and families with children aged 0-5. I can also offer support across the lifespan.

Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy sessions covering a wide range of therapeutic approaches. I am currently able to offer these sessions online or locally in South Manchester.
Sessions are £120 for 50 minutes. An additional fee is required for face to face sessions dependant on room hire cost.

Support for Families
I offer support for families with young children (typically aged 0-5) for a range of difficulties including but not limited to:
-Postnatal Depression and/or Anxiety
-Bonding & Attachment
-Sleep
-Feeding
-Toiletting
-Behaviour Difficulties
-Emotional Difficulties
Sessions are £120 for 50 minutes.

Training
I am able to offer training to a range of workplaces on topics such as:
- Supporting social & emotional development in the early years

-Feeding in the early years

Supervision
I offer clinical supervision to fellow Clinical Psychologists and psychological therapists. I have particular experience in perinatal mental health, early attachment and relationships, parent-infant relationships, early years development and parenting. However, I am experienced in a range of therapeutic models so am able to supervise in a variety of areas.
Consultation
I offer one-off or multiple consultations to professionals looking for a psychological perspective. This can be anything from making sense of a child's behaviour to thinking about how to improve the wellbeing of your team. Get in touch to discuss what this could look like for you.
Consultations are £100 for 1 hour.
